Mr Pattnayak is the co- founder of Mahashakti Foundation, a first growing likelihood development institution on creating opportunities empowering the poor. He is pioneer in financial inclusion through livelihood financing in one of the poorest regions of the globe i.e KBK distrists of Odisha, India, Being a social entrepreneur, he has served more than 2 decades on five pillars of development for the most deserved community in association with Oxfam, Unicef, DFID and CARE. He is a post graduate in Political Science and Rural Development from Bhanja Bihar, Berhampur University. He is a Diploma holder in Micro Finance from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, Pune. He has also expertise in the field of livelihood and cluster development, managing institutional relationships, technical assistance on SHG promotion, linkage and federation building and capacity building of community as well as institutions. He has served in different national /state level NGOs in the capacity of Project Manager, Team Leader with the responsibility of overall implementation of entire program. He has also the honor to work as the team leader of CARE CASHE (Credit and Savings for House hold Enterprise) of CARE (DFID Supported) for 6 years. (2000-2006). He solely believes that economic empowerment leads to the development in all spears of ones life. He has also a strong determination to work harder and stay united towards reaching greater heights in alleviating poverty and ensuring financial security for the marginalized.

Mr Behera has more than 10 years of working experience on livelihood promotion and community health. He worked with international agencies like Oxfam and CARE on HIV Aids and livelihood promotion projects. He also worked with Western Odisha Rural Livelihoods Project for the promotion of different clusters for 3 years. He is very hard working and believes on the empowerment of community through enterprise development. In Mahashakti Foundation Mr Behera looks after overall monitoring and management of different social development projects.
PGDM | Director – Operation
Mr Baliyarsingh has more than 2 decades of experience in Livelihoods and Microfinance Operations. He is a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Bhanjavihar , Berhampur University andPost Graduation in History, Utkal University. He has served in different national level institutions i.e Rashtriya Gramin Vikas Nidhi, CARE India, (CASHE Program) ACCION International and ACCESS Development Services in different capacities. A major part of his career has been devoted towards management of Microfinance Projects and training programs on various facets of Microfinance including Financial Literacy. Prepared audio, video, pictorial material, training material, tips for trainer on Financial Literacy and SHG-Federation Management in English, Hindi and local languages. His close association and handholding support created many successful and replicable community managed organizations and Microfinance Institutions in Odisha.
Mr. Mohapatra is the co-founder of Mahashakti Foundation he has versatile experience in operations, finance, audit, management information system (MIS), After completion of M.Com, ICWAI, he started his career as Finance Manager, Head –Finance, Head Internal Audit, in a national level leading NGOs as well as micro finance projects. He is also a very good trainer on financial management, Accounts & record keeping. He is having a vast experience on capacity building of community level institutions on institutional development. He solely believes that strength lays on unity. Financially backward people can get social justice as well as economic security through unity and that can change their lives. He has also a strong determination to work harder and stay united towards reaching greater heights in alleviating poverty and ensuring financial security for the marginalized.

Ankita Mohanty is a professional with over 9 years of rich and varied working experience in different thematic area in both government & development institutions and having proficiency forte on Development Finance, Project Management, Microfinance, Financial Literacy & Training and Monitoring & Evaluation. Ankita heads Admin & Knowledge Management for Mahashakti Foundation. She holds advance educational in Management and Law which has strengthened the conceptual clarity and understanding on different micro and macro perspective of development issues. She served ACCESS-ASSIST as a Senior Project Coordinator under the policy and advocacy component of Poorest States Inclusive Growth (PSIG) Programme being implemented by SIDBI and funded by DFID, UK and played active role in sectoral initiatives i.e Code of Conduct Assessment of MFIs & SHPIs, state level lenders forum meetings, research studies, developing state specific MFI Pitch Book and setting of State Micro Finance Association. Previously on stints with IIMPS under NABARD Rural Micro Pension Programme for informal sector. She started her career with Government of Odisha under Mission Shakti Programme as Micro Finance Expert. She holds high morale with positive attitude and firm determination of organizational behavior, progressive commitment of empathetic management.

Mr. Bikram Keshari Patra is the Head - Finance Mahashakti Foundation, he has vast experience in area related to finance, audit, management information system (MIS). After completion of B. Com from Utkal university, he started is career as Accounts Manager in national level leading NGOs and served in developmental sector from 1998 to 2006. Since March 2006 he is associated in the industry of Micro Finance. He is also a very good trainer on financial management, Accounts & record keeping. He is having a vast experience on imparting training on Financial Management & capacity building of community level institutions on organizational development. He solely believes that the goal can be achieved through hard work and self-confidence. Financially backward people can get social justice as well as economic security through unity and that can change their lives. He has also a strong determination to work harder and stay united towards reaching greater heights in alleviating poverty and ensuring financial security for the marginalized.

Mr. Arun is associated with Mahashakti Foundation since 2008, a leading livelihood development institution of western Odisha. After completion of Master degree from Finance at Gandhi Institute of Management Studies, Gunupur he joined in Mahashakti Foundation. Before completion of MBA he has also completed M. Com from Berhampur University. Now he is serving as Head Internal Audit of MSF. He has keen knowledge in Internal Audit /Risk management of Social development accounts as well as Micro Credit accounts and able to handle the risk situation in the field also.

Mr. Rama Ballav Pattnayak has more than 12 years of experience in information and technology and MIS management. Mr. Pattnayak has very rich expertise on management of MIS software’s, up keep of IT equipment. He worked with CARE India’s CASHE Program as Manager –MIS for 6 years prior joining Mahashakti Foundation. At Mahashakti Mr. Pattnayak is leading the IT and MIS department and managing the on line version of MIS at head office level.

Mr. Simanchala Pattnayak has more than 23 years of experience in different activities Livelihoods, Human Rights, Good Governance and Microfinance Operations. He is a Master of Arts from Bhanjabihar, Berhampur University. He has also contributed his services in different NGO’s of Odisha. A major part of his career has been devoted towards working with rural poor’s and tribes in different dist of Odisha like Kalahandi, Nuapada, Rayagada & Balangir. Also he has prepared different training material, tips for trainer on different social projects related to education, good governance, gender sanitation, human rights, Financial Literacy and SHG-Federation management.

Mr. Debendra Kumar Samal is professional having more than 8 years of Experience in HR domain. He has a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), PM & IR (Master in Personnel Management & Industrial Relation). He was associated with Access-Assist, Nexgen Renaissance Pvt. Ltd., C.V Raman (Auto) Engineering College, Regional Institute of Education (NCERT) Govt. of India, Karvy Data Management System and OMC (Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd) Odisha in different role in HR Function. During his tenure, Mr. Samal has implemented several improvements to the Human Resource Functions in the public and private sectors. These implementing an electronic applicant tracking; designing a comprehensive HRMS, automating the payroll process for time entry etc. He has maintaining a dedicated focus on organizational effectiveness and customer services.

Sushrita holds Engineering degree from Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology (CIPET), Bhubaneswar and Post Graduate Diploma in Banking from Manipal Academy of Banking; Bangalore. Certified by National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) in Stock Market & Depository Operations (Series - IV), Insurance Institute of India for Insurance Corporate Agents in Life & Health Insurance (IRDA Certified), National Institute of Securities Markets in Mutual Fund Distribution (Series- V - A). Prior to associate with Mahashakti Foundation, she served ICICI Bank Ltd. as a Deputy Manager in in Privilege Banking Segment (Retail Banking) in Bangalore. With expertise in retain banking, she is looking after the operation vertical of Mahashakti Foundation.

Mr. Parida has more than 20 years of experience in financial management, audit and overall financial management of NGOs as well as financial institutions. He worked with charted farms, national level NGOs, Micro Credit Institutions in the position of Head Finance, Internal Auditor and Manager –Accounts. He is also rich experience on training on financial management and book keeping. He holds M Com degree. At Mahashakti Foundation Mr. Parida is in-Charge of Internal Audit and Risk Management Department.
MSW | Manager HR
Ms. Sagarika Mishra has more than 7 years of working experience on development Sector. Ms. Mishra holds Master degree in Social Work from Utkal University. She worked with International and National agencies like SEEDS India, PSI and LSHTM (London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine) on Disaster Management and “Research study on Aassessing the effectiveness of improved sanitation on diarrhoea: a trial in Orissa, India.” She completed her MSW from Utkal University, she started her Carrier with SEEDS India as a Field Co-coordinator from 2008-2011. She also worked with PSI in Research study to asses’ efficacy of Aquatabse” at Bhubaneswar and Dhenkanal Districts. She got an exposure training to participate in DRR practices at Bangkok. She is very hard working and solely believes that the goal can be achieved through hard work and self-confidence. She is now handling the human resource management as well as monitoring the administration of Mahashakti Foundation.

Ms. Tripathy has more than 7 years of working experience in the field of management of NGOs as well as social security program. She has very good expertise on information technology and MIS. She holds Master in Arts and currently handling Social Security Program in the capacity of Manager for Mahashakti Foundation.

Mr. Pradhan has more than 8 years of experience in the finance department of Mahashakti Foundation. He joined with Mahashakti Foundation during 2006 as Accountant and now looking after managing banking operations of the institution. He also very good knowledge on financial management, cash flow analysis, portfolio tracking and book keeping of the NGO as well as finance sector.

Mr. Sahu has more than 10 years of working experience on livelihood promotion, Agricultural and Horticultural activities, Co-operative management, Natural Resource Management and renewable energy. He worked with Western Odisha Rural Livelihoods Project (WORLP) for the promotion of Organic cultivation, SHG management for 5 years. Have 3 years work experience with Mahashakti Foundation in Micro Finance Sector along with 4 years’ work experience on promotion of Cooperative management, Financial Inclusion and Renewable energy. Trained at BIRD (Bankers Institute of Rural Development) Lucknow, TERI (The Energy and Research Institute) New Delhi, Water and Land Management Institute (WALMI) Bhopal, SAMBHAB Nayagarh, CYSD Bhubaneswar. Mr. Manoj Kumar Dash has more than 30 years of experience on Legal Sector. Now he is working with Mahashakti Foundation as Project Manager.

Mr. Peeter Chand Panigrahi has more than 1 decades of experience in Livelihoods, social Projects and Microfinance & Microcredit Operations. He has a Graduate in Arts from Sambalpur University. He has completely associated with poor class people and remote villages in Odisha. Also he has very good experience in different project management, strengthen food society, Integrated development project management, co-operative management as well as microcredit and savings for house hold enterprises etc.

He has working in various Organizations like Gramya Vikash Sangathan in OFSDP as Team Leader at Nabarangpur district, Sahabhagi Vikash Abhiyan in WADI project of NABARD as Project Manager at Khariar Block of Nuapada District, where I was monitoring the Project and formation JLG, farmer club and farmer producer company,many time I was got chance to visit exposure to BAIF, Rajgurunagar, National Garlic, & Onion Research centre, Pune, National Horticulture Development Foundation, Chitegaon, Nasik which built me more expertise in the field of agriculture SG Foundation in FPO programme of NABARD & District Administration at Umarkote Block of Nabarangpur district. There I was organised farmer training and exposure programme to ICRISET, Hydrabad& ALC India Sikakulam of Andhra pradeshwith the support of Horticulture and Agriculture department. It was my best experience with the farmers where I was formation 3 Farmer producer company and linkage with market like Raipur, Bhubaneswar and Visakapatnam of their produces like vegetables, Maize and pulses, Also I was 5 years of experienced in corporate sector where I was working in RSB Metal Tech (P) Ltd. as Assistant Project Manager in CSR at Rayagada District. And presently I was associate with Mahashakti foundation which is one of the best organisation in our western region. Here I am working as a project manager in CSR of ACC cement limited Bargarh since 6 months. A major part of his career has been devoted towards working with rural poor’s and tribes in remotest pockets of Kalahandi, Nuapada ,Rayagada & Bolangir dist of Odiasha. Also he has organized different types of training material, tips for trainer on different social projects related to education, good governance, gender sensation, human rights, Financial Literacy and SHG-Federation Management in different international, national & local languages. He is also a good trainer in leadership development, genders sanitation human rights, SHG formation & management etc.

Miss Bhanumati Nayak has more than 7 years of working experience on Resource and funds management. She has been a part of fast growing dairy company Milk Mantra Dairy Pvt Ltd and social welfare group Aggragamee. She is a graduate in Arts from DAV Womens College Rourkela, Sambalpur University and holds Diploma in Information Technology, currently pursuing her MBA in Human Resource Management from Sikkim Manipal University.
